Nationwide Custom Storage Rack Design

Selective Pallet Rack Storage System:
Installation began with a product and inventory analysis, preliminary engineering study, high piled storage fire reports, plan check processing, and permit submittal. Final design included in-rack sprinklers.
Custom Rack Designs:
This project was built around a specific storage application of very heavy skids of glass that are 8' deep and over 5,000 lbs per skid. Support decking uses bar grating instead of wire decks for extreme load durability. We also offer custom color combinations.
Storage Shelving:
Storage Shelving can hold a variety of products, in all sizes and shapes. This project is over 10' tall and designed for archiving X-rays for a hospital that was converting to digital imaging.
Modular Offices:
Modular Offices can be for staff, management, labs on the warehouse floor, Process Enclosures or Clean Rooms around specialized equipment. This project provided a protected environment for the warehouse personnel, in which Indoff installated modular electrical wiring, as well as protective barrier rails to prevent damage from fork lifts, pallet jacks, or other items hitting the walls.
Prefabricated Modular Office:
This Prefabricated Modular Office was installed with modular wiring, window HVAC, and carpeting. Sprinklers and electrical hook up were provided by the customer. Sound reduction and privacy were the primary objectives of this project, which provided office space within a temperature-controlled warehouse.
Cantilever Racking
Cantilever Racking is used for storing long bundles of product. This customer is storing loads of wood trim and aluminum extrusions for manufacturing of doors and windows. This row is 18' tall supporting loads up to 21' long.
Mobile Aisle, Moveable Shelving or Aisle Saver:
Mobile Aisle, Moveable Shelving or Aisle Saver systems provide very high density storage by reducing the number of access aisles for shelving in areas with limited floor space. Adding high-density storage drawers can significantly increase your storage efficiency
Structural Mezzanines, Storage, or Equipment Platforms:
Structural Mezzanines, Storage, or Equipment Platforms capture under-utilized veritical warehouse space. This project was designed to provide production floor space while storing filing cabinets above for production documents. We often include lighting and sprinklers under our mezzanines.
Tenant Storage Lockers:
Tenant Storage Lockers are popular for new condo construction or building retro fits. They are often used meet minimum storage requirements required by building departments. Avaialble as free-standing, ceiling hung (as shown), or wall mount.
